Hi-Genes Office & Warehouse

A3G Architects completed a comprehensive renovation of the Hi-Genes headquarters, transforming approximately 4,500 square feet of office space and 5,900 square feet of warehouse space. The project included a full interior and exterior remodel designed to better support the company’s operations, employees, and clients.

The office layout centers around an open, welcoming reception and waiting area, complemented by flexible collaboration spaces, a conference room, quiet work areas, private offices, and a break room. The design embraces an eclectic mix of furnishings and finishes, creating a space that feels thoughtfully curated and collected over time. Open, adaptable gathering areas were incorporated to support client meetings, employee collaboration, and company events, resulting in a workplace that balances functionality, flexibility, and character.
